As an aside, should anyone want to chat about commercial construction, I'm more than willing to give insight into the commercial general contracting world.

I know in the lending world, they want 5 or more units to be considered for a commercial loan, but what do they do in this case?

If there's resistance after my real world talk, they usually filter themselves out when they realize we run a pretty tight ship and stick to our rules.
