First off why not list this in the Deal Makers Forum?

On that I belong to has a Google group for deal makers who exchange contractors.  

Notice -> immediate inspection for damages/ required repairs -> immediate repairs to make rent ready -> move out (last day of month at noon) -> exit walk forms itemizing deposit deductions for repairs listed -> cleaning crew in -> new tenant moves in to ready unit (1st at noon).

@Jeremiah Russell having switched careers and now looking to make RE a part of our supplemented income I would avoid just jumping ship.

I want attorney who are deal makers and can teach me how to use the law to my advantage.

@Amy Solomon I was a member of JaxREIA, I recently left the organization to form my own Connected Investors group where we take what you learn from a so-called "guru" and put these ideas and systems into place to make real money in a real-world scenario.

My only concern is that your using media stats as your decision maker.

Watch the American greed episode on Remington financial  and how Indgrid and a few others put them in jail.But any one can sell education for 3k each.. but the people paying for it don't understand that in that context they think paying the money and they are going to get 100% loan.. and granted I am sure they do some.. but I also would bet dollars to donuts that the 3k is a huge revenue maker for them.
