If they violate lease terms you can evict, but being annoying is not an evictable offense. 

No offense to the assessment office, it's just a timing issue.

Sometimes i prefer working with the newbies because they will work harder on your cases compared to the dinausors (no offense to any senior CPA's).

For instance for me in downtown Chicago on the northside it is hard to find a good deal because there are just so many people looking for deals who range from the casual gawker to global investors.

Write up a lease infraction / next offense will result in loss of use of garage,,If garage is separately listed as part of the lease then you'll have to honor them using the garage, but give lease infraction.. if it's not separately listed as like garage space 1 .. then Whoops to bad,, it was an option that is no longer available.. 

One guy just put a sign in the yard.. neighbor knew he did not own the property and wha la.. its like getting a drunk driving cost you about 10k for first offense. 

Unless you are very strategic and know the markets ups-down in a global-macro economy level, I would say worst time to invest is tomorrow (because time is money).  

If you feel that strongly about it I suggest you make a few phone calls and see if it is a punishable offense.

I'd say too, the best defense is a good offense, once threatened go into action as if it were war!
