Many people in your position consider speaking with potential partners and co-signers.The co-op/condo market offers more options within your price range.

I have never used Pricelabs market dashboard but know lots of people that like to research a market through their data as well.

Hello all,Like most people in Cook County, my property taxes have climbed higher again this year.

I'd rather just pay the slight premium to get into the bigger market, personally.Anecdotally, the STR Facebook groups I'm in are constantly full of posts with people in the Georgia mountains panicking about empty calendars. 

I really want to meet other people my age who are interested in real estate investing or people in general who can help!

People should lose their money.
