Why not use a construction loan to finance the build, then convert it to permanent financing after its done.

Perry township is a real good area in both Massillon and Canton because the school district is great, most people will pay much more for a good school district when searching for a permanent home. 

You can cut them back regularly, or take a really long pair of loppers, reach over and cut the main stem for a more permanent solution. 

Exactly as it sounds, the seller buydown strategy is a seller's concession that reduces the buyer's mortgage interest rate, either for the duration of the loan or just for the first few years (permanent buydown, 3/2/1 buydown, 2/1 buydown). 

That can help alleviate short term interest rates buying you time until they drop and you refinance permanently.

You can probably find an unlicensed guy to do it for about half or DIY for about a grand, but both of those come with their own risks.The only requirement is that it must have permanent heat.
