If you can touch any group of influencers in a cost effective way, it could benefit your business.One associate told me he was most successful when he called them on the phone, and he would invite the atty to lunch or whatever.  

If you were trying to say that the real estate brokerage business is rigged, I agree, it is the system we have, but it's the American way, learn to deal with it until you can influence law makers there is a better way.

I think the headlines and the pundits have a great deal of influence on how we think---whether it is real or not.

This is because the stock market is being influenced by artificial methods of the federal treasury, creating billions of dollars in a program known as Quantitative Easing.

Dale Carnegie wrote "how to win friends and influence people" wrote about behavior of people. 

So the influence of one assumption, which impacts assumption #2 can amplify you in either direction.

They may have a different take on things but seems there were some federally influenced issues.They may say call the HUD fraud line too.

@Jay Hinrichsand everyone; I have  never endorsed anyone on BP, not that my 3 pounds of influence would count for anything, but I just haven't as I feel my reputation would be "on the line" in doing so, there are "liabilities" that go along with endorsements.But, I will say that I'm beyond impressed with  @Ken Rishel  and his organization.
