Nothing a 300 a year umbrella insurance policy would not cover the average person instead of setting up these expensive and elaborate schemes.I do agree that the people that make the most money providing the direct mail are the direct mail companies... just like those that got rich in the Gold rush it was those that provided the pans shovels and entertainment.

You could go as simple as a smart electric heater that looks like a small fireplace Home Depot and even Walmart will have them hitting the shelves about now and could even double as a small entertainment center for probably less than $150.

When prospects are this motivated it's usually because they think they have a chance.From our 23+ years of experience, it sounds like these prospects are specifically targeting a DIY landlord they can get to believe their cry story.If you want to entertain them, highly recommend the following:1) Require them to produce the letters and pics they should have sent to the PMC about the apartment damages.2) Contact the previous apartment PMC to verify their story.
