As an example, when I have had a conflict arise, I can usually upgrade a guests to a nicer house for free to resolve any issues- no ding to my rating.I think the question is different. 

I'm getting conflicting information - it seems the 90-day rule applies to foreclosure situations and when there is a lease in effect but it's not clear if all other situations are 60-days. 

So my goals and aspirations somewhat conflict.

Do you sense there is a conflict of interest here for the farmer?

The Realtor is allowing another agent to write the offer and represent you not because it's a conflict of interest as she is representing the seller but because she doesn't want the bank to reduce her commission?

I told my friend that this sounds like a conflict of interest and that he should try to collect as much information about the property as well as the process before agreeing to sell or even have a lawyer retained on his behalf buy this guy who he doesn’t know.

There are two aspects to the influence system and there seems to be a conflict between them.

REO work is extremely involved and when an investor (I'm one too) comes in and does something that conflicts with the system,or IOW, submits an offer using an option contract or something similar, then it rocks the boat and brings us out of our element.

For example, do you think that someone like Kevin O'Leary runs every investment or acquisition decision by his wife, and if he does, do you think he would walk away from a deal on her opinion if it conflicted with his own gut & experience?
