Hey BP,So I'm pre-approved from my bank and I'm actively seeking a property in the Tacoma area (checking out abandoned off the market homes too).

Any tips out there for me on what to do if I see a potentially abandoned or neglected home?

I am also signed up for a meet up but my work didn't cooperate with me going to the last one.After reaearch, I've abandoned the club idea due to legal issues but still plan on moving forward with building.

If I saw that a property clearly looked abandoned from Google Maps or bought over 20 years ago, then I would find the owner's correct address and resend the letter.
