In my single family houses the tenants are responsible to mow the lawn (they supply their own lawn mower) and do simple gardening chores/clean-up and rake leaves and shovel snow.

Several large hangars have been converted to indoor sport fields.

If we look at trends and newly identified behaviors based on the current pandemic I think the tides will sway a little more in favor for a SFR or garden style apartment for the foreseeable future.

I have 2 units out of use now with kicked in doors, not sure how to fix them.7.

Looking at an 18-Unit Garden Apartment class-C complex on the outskirts of Charlotte, NC.

MJ is already in price crash mode.. and indoor grow is expensive.. its not the big money maker people think as prices crash like whats happened here in PDX> not sure in other areas.. but that is the case here.. early in make some good money of course but I think with CA coming in .. and the great out door grow capability here we could see this end up being just another ag play.. not to mention banks won't finance it or bank it

@Kobi Pesi I am closing on a rental in Magnolia Gardens this week and I heard Northshore is a good area too for rentals.

I closed on this one yesterday, located in Garden City, Michigan.

Our plan is to install ~600 indoor, climate controlled lockers.
