We barely got out before the entire ship when down.However, I know too many wealthy people who own real estate as their primary vehicle for income and net worth.

I guess only 3 years since first purchase (After knocking out my housing expense, then I burned the ships and went full time investing last year), although seems longer than that but that may be just because coronavirus.

(Although there are a couple of tenants that need to shape up or ship out.)I am pretty comfortable landlording and George has been landlording in CT for 20+ years, so it might be a little different than a house flip, but right in our comfort zone. 

Partially just because it has been “discovered” resulting in more visits...and partly because they are working on a “Home Port” cruise ship port.  

I hit the add to cart button & ship everything to my handyman or cleaners.I send my handyman and/or cleaners images of the renderings & tell them “I ordered you a bunch of stuff - make the room look like this please & send me some updated pics when it’s complete”The nice thing about this too is the large margin for error when the prices are this low.

Just buy one of those old ship cannons and sit it in front of the door at night.When they open the door boom !

They used to ship their products to people and then bill people without actual orders.  

One problem I see with buying paper is even if you get a deal on product, shipping kills it.

I typically bought 1000 for $200 shipped.
