It's only fee free in the first 60 days within new card membership and they are known for giving small starting limits on the Slate (they know the deal).

Question about Pro membership – the features look great and we definitely want to sign up for it, but as newer investors we do not want to each sign up for Pro Membership.

(County Access provided in your mls membership that is)I have heard other folks use Zillow or trulia but those are just  estimated figures that I'm not comfortable going by.Now as far as wholesaling, I do let my sellers know upfront that I am licensed as an added benefit to assure them that they're working with a professiona & also for credibility factor.

Maybe charge a membership fee so they are getting something WAY above what they can find online for free.

Like above, not direct proof that he's racist, but it certainly sounds like he's ultra-sympathetic towards people just like himself and who he views his NRA membership to be.
