Jumping into commercial residential requires that you deal with noise complaints, one unit leaking water into another unit, parking issues, one resident threatening another resident - and other fun stuff.All these things are figureoutable, but it would be good to address how your would deal with these issues in your business plan or investor info.

Unit 3 upstairs keeps complaining about Unit 1, they pound on the ceiling/floor, they swear loudly, and all around make noise directed apparently up at unit 3.
