Why would you pay your own hard earned 9-5 income for a fancy car?

People have mortgages, five  3 year old kids, have to bring their sick kids to the doctor while working 3 jobs to make ends meet.So here comes this dude "Ohh why don't you figure out the fancy lifestyle you want to live and design your business around that".

Wouldn't have purchased the fancy house without my financial foundation being well in place.Gary 

I'm thinking nothing fancy (no prepared talks or anything), just all meet at a local pub or some-such to meet each other and make connections.

But you are not paying for the electric anyway.It doesn't look as fancy as a nice shiny hvac unit outside.It will not sell as quick or for as much if it has window units.

But I don't fancy your chances of success.

My experience with all of our properties on what tenants will and won't pay for:Will: prime location; maximum square footage possible for the price range; an extra bathroom; good storage; no carpeting; accepting pets; fenced-in yard; central HVAC; main-floor W&D hookups.Won't: fancy appliances; upgraded counters; jacuzzi tubs; fancy outdoor spaces; throw-ins (lawn care, pest control, etc); fancy floors; fancy window treatments; Our tenants have consistently told us that they value the most space per dollar that they can get, in the best location, with basic amenities more than anything else.
