All of them also have dish washers and washer/dryer except for the 4 units for section 8. 1 of them have a garbage disposal - which I was told it's a bad idea.

They had no balconies, no grass areas, no elevator (2 stories) no dishwashers, disposals, they didn't even get assigned parking as our little lot was not big enough for every tenant's cars or their guests.

Replace the lines at the same time (to disposal and supply to DW).Then you overall brighten the kitchen on the showing without too much in terms of replacing items (you could/should also just prime and line the inside of the cabinets too as they open them and say wow!

In particular, given that my Pet Agreement states that the tenant will quickly and safely dispose of all pet waste, may I legally add a $25 fine for each time I catch them leaving pet waste on the ground?
