@Edmund ChiangIt really depends on what is the norm in the neighbourhood.If most units in the area come with parking, you will be hard pressed to charge extra.

If you're newbie and not chasing any fancy strategy, your best bet is to save your money and NOT get a mentor.At this stage of the cycle, you will be hard pressed to find good wholesaling opportunities (very few people will sell for a discount to market value).
