Anyway what struck me odd was that I rear about that site in a book by Michael Blank, another supposed big real estate investor and I will say I was impressed with his backstory etc, however when visiting his site I saw one of those gimmick things where it was like " oh join today and get a discount form 13000 and pay only about 1497.00.
