Talk to your local REIA and see if they can get the lists, or if they're already getting them.I'm a Board Member of the REIA in Genesee County and we publish the eviction list monthly from the 67th and 68th District Courts.

Use publisher and excel together and print variable date.

You don't go to a specialty boutique and gripe about the price if they have exactly what you're looking for.Here's a resource that you might appreciate: Craig Simpson, a heavy direct mailer from Grants Pass, OR, publishes a newsletter, "Mailbag Millionaire" that I subscribe to.

The rehab lender I currently use has an app fee as well and theirs is more money but I've closed over 7 or 8 deals with them so I know they're good.Never heard of this company but they seem to have quite a nice list of referrals and they did publish a ton of articles in their Ohio REI group back in the day.

I've been through the copyright, ISBN, Library of Congress, and all the other things that must happen to publish a book.
