If I am correct, you are renting homes from other property owners, putting your furniture in those homes and you are renting the homes to people like nurses and doctors who stay for for up to 5 months and they pay $6500 to $7500 per month.

There are no specialty sites that I know of that focus specifically on that market but there are Corporate Rentals, Traveling Nurses, maybe if there  is a seasonal business in your area (theatre maybe?)
