@Ryan BirdCan’t you adopt a resolution from your LLC stating that you have provided funding and given a personal guarantee for the loan and that the LLC will assume the mortgage.This assumption, while probably not acceptable to the lender, will not be recorded and would justify your LLC paying directly the lender.

Let me get this straight...Wholesaler puts property under contract, without reason or dispute clouds title, fails to close, can't figure out how to remove the cloud, and now is getting ornery.LOLExcept for it's not funny to be the owner.

I would avoid anything where they can go in later and dispute the charge and take the payment back.
