I basically travel around the country or if I'm extremely lucky I find a contract in Indianapolis where I teach Providers and Nurses how to use their EMR software.I'm not always on contract as a EMR Consultant.

Hey Clayton, When I have a short term rental that I am not confident I can fill all year, I balance it out with some travel nurse rentals.

One of them is a nurse she paid early per usual.

I currently work as the Occupational Health Nurse for the VT Army National Guard.

The best and most commonly found MTR clients are travel nurses.

The money would be in a large, high end nursing home in VA and Student Housing in Washington, up to a 10 year hold, looking at about 5-6% quarterly return and maybe 1.5x return at sale BUT illiquid and commercial real estate is tanking so higher risk here.
