Hi Guys, anyone have experience on changing existing washer and dryer into a coin operated machine?

Was also curious about places that have appliances like a refrigerator, washer, dryer etc versus one that doesn't and if lack of appliances is another point that can be leveraged to negotiate rent down?

Look at the different features like washer dryer hookups, location near a bus stop, etc and see how they compare to similarly rented properties.

Hi all,About to buy stackable 24in washer and dryer that fits 24 inch wide.Anyone has any advice what kind of model should I buy for rentals?

I still have kitchens, washer/dryers, living rooms with cable/wifi/Netflix and a much larger area to stay when not working.If the motel lowers its prices, I'm going to keep mine the same since I offer the kitchen, washer/dryer and a better quality of life. 

Plus when she tried to schedule a showing covered up her entire DL except for her name, when I said I needed to see the whole thing, it was her husband who scheduled the showing.

I am closing on a quad in two weeks that has a washer/dryer hookup, but the former owner took them out. 

We do not provide washers and dryers but if the house happens to have them we leave them for the tenants to use and make it clear on the lease that if they break it is the tenant's responsibility to fix.

I have friends who's water line to the washer broke while they were on deployed and it wasn't caught until 2 weeks after.
