First thing I look for is the BIG ticket items.How are the windows, roof furnace/AC siding, any signs of water damage if there is a basement is it wet does it have bowed walls, what is the general condition of the electrical system.

i shouldn't be surprised that the landlord can't think outside the box when after I search his posts, one who goes on about how the Biggerpockets/Transunion back ground tool does not show peoples traffic tickets and how he has to find them by other searches.
