Well not all bad I’ve learned a lot I bought a 2 unit that needed work but it’s taking too long and costing too much.unit 1 is ready but the exterior needs work as well as the second unit. should I sell take a 35% loss and move onContinue saving/investing in repairs repair Just enough to get a HEL Nothing focus on my other business that is making good profit How can I speed/turn this deal around?

I'm frustrated because I care about my property and the happiness of both parties that I'd like to continue to do business with.

This is not about the money it has become about taking control of the business.

Remember this is a PEOPLE business, if your not building, growing and maintaining relationships you don't have business. 

Can't recommend @Joseph Cornwell enough, he helped me buy my first duplex in Cincinnati and he has a contracting business, so he can give you advice on repairs, remodel costs, etc

I know businesses do it but I would rather directly support the causes I believe in.
