Like many of you I have been listening to podcasts and reading a few books on real estate investing- trying to get a good education about it before fully jumping right into it and continually have heard the bigger pockets is a great resource for real estate investors.

After that big even I continued for another oh 3 months maybe I went once a month and had workshop settings.. 3 a day... 2 couple one agent max of 20 in the room.. so everyone got personal attention I would make the over all presentation then float from table to table... we had our lap tops and simply brought up MLS listings... the listing brokers in Oregon LOVED ME..

I am not stating that it is certain to appreciate like it has but econ 101 tells me that excluding something catastrophic it is likely to continue to appreciate in the long term.
