Hide the fixture itself with a couple of pieces of molding. 

Not only are the returns off the wall ridiculous, but it is impossible to verify references since they all hide behind privacy laws.I look at it this way.

Laurel,Why would you not want your business to receive a 1099 unless you are trying to hide income (not accusing, just can't think of another reason).

Seems its a favorite hiding spot for peoples "little treasures".

The reason for this is that many contractors try to hide elevated labor cost in their estimates along with supplies.

I had several rugs in one property hiding stuff (sun bleached hardwood floor with a rectangle where that rug was, garage concrete cracks.)

Danish wood oil in the dark color hides a myriad of sins.

Or trying to hide the zoning issue.

Doesn't make them a bad floor as it will  hide some imperfections in an unlevel subfloor, just need to a pad to quiet them down compared to Rigidcore or LVT.BTW I've been in the flooring industry 30 years so just want to pass on what I've learned.  

You'll often see my HandyANDY truck in some of our real estate videos and I can't hide with that one!
