Or a meets and bounds description...starting at the sw corner of section#, going 90 degrees south, 0 degrees east for a distance of x', to a point of beginning,  etc.Just an observation, if you don't know what a legal description looks like, I don't think you should be helping someone fill out a purchase contract.

We (notice I say "We" as to not start anything with anyone, but rather just share an observation) just learn ways of deflecting and distracting from the issues instead of answering the original questions with legitimate answers, and we just take turns talking instead of really listening to the opposition and building on a conversation that leads to resolution.It's time for us (again, collective "Us") to just say "we don't know" when we don't know the answer to a question, even if we don't like the question.

It's hard to say if the rates are gonna go back up again or not, but so long as COVID stays chill I would speculate that travel nurse contract rates will gradually decline to about pre-COVID levels.If they do, nurses won't have the incentive to take travel contracts, and therefore demand for MTRs will fall.Don't have a crystal ball but that's what I'm observing, hearing, and speculating.
