Either what he says is true and they will be a drama free tenant that just wanted secure housing for three years or it will be a struggle with every decision you make.

It's so baffling that I verge on thinking it's trolling or maybe I am just hoping so....Is this maybe a bit harsh, I sure hope so, because if you ever get sued or prosecuted for such a thing it will be so much more painful and devastating than getting told to pull your head out of your butt and get a clue.  

I preferred M2M agreements so I could always just kick someone out if any drama ended up happening.The thing is, they will just end up sneaking around if you try to get them on the lease and they don't want to. 

I did have to kick out a couple of my inherited tenants, but it was done amicably without drama or damage.

Many are still paying very nicely, & we are arms length from any & all inmate tenant drama.

As harsh as I may sound, you can not present that tone or attitude to tenants/Roommates.

Account Closed this is going to sound harsh but what are you doing differently than anybody else to find them?

. - Family drama - current tenant is a cousin who's stopped paying a steeply discounted rent and did not sign a lease when the co-owner (her dad) had her move in.

So just as an heads up, I'll more than likely ask of your expertise and I hope I'm not met with harsh rejection :)
