Andy this is what we enjoy on the west coast and were title plants are digital.. in many other states they still have to do searchs by hand. plus in closing attorney states these run like law offices they dont generally have any customer service department like we do or in my case builders service were for free they do all the plat work for me ( title co) etc etc

Investors usually don't like to use the large national plants as they are not as flexible.

Maybe it was a for sale sign in their neighborhood which causes two sellers to offer their home for sale within six months of being planted in the ground.
