Like most of you, I am absolutely obsessed with the post cast and cant wait to get my first deal.

Out of hundreds of clients I work with, only about 5 or 6 use multiple agents, and those individuals are full time flippers who flip 30+ homes a year, and need to cast a large web to capture many deals.

by casting a vote for it.If you think a response you read is good or answers another member's question well cast a vote for it.It's our own version of liking something on Facebook provided you're familiar with that.

Typically, I've seen anchor bolts in the bottom sill of the garage that are cast into the concrete. 

And also, check out Brandon's book (as recommended) along with several other pod-casts and webinars filled with GOLD nuggets!!  

Discovered that I'm not cut out to homeschool, and that internet access if very limited and in short supply in my rural area.Since I am blessed to have a spouse that has a W2 job and can pay most of the bills, when I have a spell where there's no or not much coming in from real estate, I use that time to:  spend quality time with my family, read/research/listen to pod casts, brainstorm about other ways to create income with real estate...Once my kids start back to school August 23, I anticipate the real estate market will heat up again (more people ready to list).

The end goal is have enough notes and rentals to live off of the passive income and then flip or wholesale as I find the right deals.My reason for starting with notes is to cast my line in the biggest pond and get some deals under my belt. 

Be sure you check out the pod casts (show 37 is highly recommended) and put some key word searches in for terms like 'wholesaling' to help you get the info you desire.
