Like installing decks.

Pool, gym, rooftop deck, business centers, bike parking, and all the bells and whistles.

I just wanted to inform you that the handrail on your front steps are loose, several deck boards on your patio are failing, and there is mold in the attic above your bedroom.  

Should I do deck / patio?

Tenants moving on their own volition also saves lots of money on relocation fees.The gross income last August was $6,100.We then started to fix up the units, made private decks, put in heat pumps in the upstairs units and radiant heating in downstairs units, re-did the landscape, put in covered and secure bike parking, fixed some plumbing issues, and took out a bunch of carpet.

Then there are years where I will need to replace the deck furniture, or the hot tub, and that wipes out any cash flow.  

But, with lose cannons rolling around on deck, being on deck can be dangerous. :) 

So as you sit and get frustrated over someone else's grammar, they're sitting on a deck, cooking a steak, slamming down a few buds and looking over tomorrows schedule in the day planner that their wife fills out.
