PayLease lets me set up the tenants online and issue a ID number whereas RentPayment requires the tenant to sign up online and get issued an ID 

The issues are very complex and unfortunately many in  Main Street who drank the recovery Kool-Aid are going to get faded.

You can also go to the local legal aid society and they can help you with the filing as well.

It is because in CA, she can get the Court to waive her filing fees and get a legal aide lawyer for free.
