5 star advice.

I'm not saying no one ever gets set up - I suspect there's a decent number of movie stars, sports athletes, and other "famous" people that end up with settlements over BS - but unless you're using a pseudonym here, there's a good chance you're nobody just like the rest of us and no one knows you have anything nor wants your stuff, so you can probably relax. 

Remember the saying rock stars know rock stars.

One of the main points of the book is relying on a team which includes a rock-star team: realtor, lender, contractor & property manager.

Based purely on statistics, someone someday will be right and will get a gold star for their flabbergasting insight. 

The tenants are boyfriend/girlfriend and under a 12 month lease that started July 1st and so far have been all star tenants.
