Any body have a recommendation on an inspector for a 56 unit building in Warner Robins, Ga?

Understand that the proximety to a body of water has nothing to do with flooding, it's the terrain features and elevation as Jon pointed out, there are flood areas in Kansas!

There's a huge body of law on this and I don't know Ohio law (I presume that's where you're buying since I recall that's where you invest), but most likely the more specific, remedies provision is enforceable.

Find some body who is in the trenches doing it and not printing books talking about it.

This has to be made a part of the lease either in the body or an addendum.

Of course within the body of the text there is a clue as to who it might be (small town that has no dance hall!)

Thanks,i think my biggest problem is fear or uncertainity in what im doing.Thats why i asked if any body was from south jersey so maybe i can talk to somebody in my area or even meet up with somebody that is a wholesaler so i can kind of wacth how its done.

Sorry for any mix up Amy, but I'm still not sure why you need a proposal in a formal sense if it's your uncle......however, an uncle is not immediate family under SEC or other regulatory exemptions, but....Are you asking about an investment prospectus for investors or a loan proposal...You may need to look at pro forma statements, they financial statements that are based on projections into the future to estimate business performance.:)
