Any other observations or thoughts on solar panels as a profitable way to create positive cash flows.

Observe/verify the status of the Roof, HVAC, electrical service/boxes, water heater system etc.8.

I only require the interested party let me observe the process through its entirety for educational purposes. 

Hi Tamera, My mother has done property management for decades, so I was able to observe it for my entire youth, and I started helping at a young age. 

Based on my experience and observation.

Occupancy limits must still be observed, however.

I didn't monitor any of my tenants until/if I got a complaint from another tenant or I just happened to observe or hear some behavior that I needed to give them a warning about.So, in my case, since I lived in the same building, if they were throwing a loud party, I'd usually see or hear it.  

@Dean Weltman I observed the same thing, those from CA were bashing the NY Post and one suggested the NY Times would be a better source.

Now I have to pay a Marshal to observe them.
