Well as Corey said read up on here and soak up all the info but if you want my opinion on courses there are 2 that have gotten a lot of praise with very few if any negative responses and they are:Steve Cook's Wholesaling 2.0 and Vena Jones Cox's Wholesaling course.Also our own member Andrew Massaro aka The Maestro has an ebook you might want to check out.

Also the estoppels need to be tenant signed and every unit inspected.If the seller will not certify it is a red flag they are cooking or manipulating the books somehow.
