It needs a fair amount of work (Flooring, Full bathroom remodel, Full kitchen, New window in bedroom and new sliding glass doors).

The double-pane window seals are worn and the windows fog in between the glass (I understand this is not uncommon). 

I would stand pretty tall that your OK.. the listing agent now they may be at fault...

You pick up a very nice, and expensive crystal glass.

Half a block away there is a house with 5ft tall grass, the horder that lives there has "stuff" overflowing from the porch onto the yard AND THEY SEND THE SHERIFF TO MY HOME BECAUSE OF A COUCH????)

Did a drive by after it listed to find another glass door has been busted out &, including the shattered glass all over the place, it certainly doesn't appear that anyone's 'cleaned' anything.

@Mike Rudnev working full time and buy and selling real estate "on the side" is a tall order but can be done.After buying 5 properties in the greater Seattle area while working full time, I decided to get my license so I could help fellow investors grow their own portfolio.

 #3 will differ depending on your locale, latitude, etc, but here in the sunny dry southwest, its basically as follows:  Roof coatings, Mini-Split HVAC units, the best windows you can afford (or glass block has a VERY high R-Value) and if you really want to go big, PV/Solar system.
