Next year I will have between $100k - $200k to invest in real estate.I've read a number of books about real estate investing, including some from the Bigger Pockets publishing.

The list of questions is something I published about 6 years ago and put into this thread four years ago, but compiling answers will only get an investor so far.  

Pickle ( real name) would sell me the bad paper about 3 weeks from the published date of the auction.. we would do a substitute of trustee and bene and I would then take it to the sale as the bene..

The authors are Mike Summey and Roger Dawson and it is published by McGraw-Hill. 8)

So, right now the appointment phase has already beenestablished.When looking up published probate leads the PR is in the administration process ~ you'll be okay in mailing your introduction letter. 

If you are using property management software to manage your rentals, you can probably enter your listing information once and it'll then automatically publish to all these sites - then remove it automatically when you fill the vacancy.
