There isn't much published online, but I plan to call the housing voucher programs serving some of my target neighborhoods and just ask them manufactured homes qualify.

Do they publish addresses before Sale?

Next year I will have between $100k - $200k to invest in real estate.I've read a number of books about real estate investing, including some from the Bigger Pockets publishing.

Pickle ( real name) would sell me the bad paper about 3 weeks from the published date of the auction.. we would do a substitute of trustee and bene and I would then take it to the sale as the bene..
