As for other targeting.. you'll be able to only display your ads to certain genders, certain professions, and even certain incomes. 

After all, without the agent bringing you that buyer, you possibly don't make the sale.Now, I'm an agent, and I have my bias.

It's going to take some time though to work through the technology challenges, legal challenges, and the personal bias challenges from the "old guard" who want to do the same things the way they always have done them.

There are people here who have a bias toward those who take action, which is as it should be.Anthony

I'm obviously biased about this market, though, but the typical "$30k Midwest investment property" doesn't always apply. $80-150k can get you a 4-family in varying condition, leaving room for the forced appreciation play or just a higher-end cash flow investment that's basically turnkey.
