Looking to network, brainstorm & grow my business!

Check BNI international or a LeTip (professional networking associations) had great experience with some BNI folks before.

I'm looking to network with anyone and everyone involved in Real Estate.

The issue is having the cash to take advantage of those, so you may want to build your network to include some hard money lenders that could work with you if that fits your investment model/goals.

I'm looking to network with people in the Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania Area or the Greater Philadelphia Area.

@Ryana Munford If you look under the "Network" tab above and find "Events" you will see that there is a meeting on Wed. evening, Sept 27th in Dublin.

Some areas that come to mind are Plymouth, Falmouth, and Yarmouth.My next steps:-Start networking and build a team who has experience in both rental property investing overall, and the specifics of the Massachusetts region. 

Versus networking with already established local brokers/others that work with investors.

Plus, a number of the cabinets were locked with magnetic locks (which we had to remove) and we found that one set of cabinets lead to the wide open entrance into the crawl space!! 

Start networking with your local real estate investor groups.
