Oh, and by the way, I bought my first property 12 months ago while I still had student loan debt and while we were saving up for a wedding 4 months later so it was a TERRIBLE decision for me, but I dont regret it at all, ha!  

I like some of Beth's theme of things that do double duty (like new door mats and bath mats, which are dual purpose gifts that also protect your property from grit and moisture!).

Tenant:  No, we had to be in a wedding and it was real expensive with renting tux and all... 

I write down the perfect day and then make a list of "themes" that correspond to this journal entry.

I notice a few themes:- People are talking about other deductions, 1031, loan pay down, rising rents, etc.

We have multiple theme parks, Lackland air force base for weekly graduations, strong midterm demand for health care professionals, and a great historic area downtown (Alamo, riverwalk, the Pearl etc.).
