Hello, looking for good locally based Denver lenders to establish relationship with. Already pre-approved with national/national lenders for single family home purchase but prefer local while looking for that AND investment mortgages. While Braydin can write loans in multiple states, he is local to Colorado and likely has access to more loan products than any of your other brokers! :)
