Option Contract on portion of existing lot

I wonder if there has to be a surveyed demarcation on the contract or if a lawyer can draw something up that says "half of the existing lot" or something similar and then you get a new property line surveyed.I don't want to get left holding the bag on surveyor fees if the current landowner changes his mind before a contract is in place.

If it is your cup of tea, I find direct/relationship marketing of Renatus or rather any of these companies to be absolutely legit...professionals have been benefiting monetarily selling a product or service or getting others started in their same profession since the beginning of the free world…what is so wrong with building a team of like minded individuals with similar goals?

Skew the numbers a bit to make it "harder" essentially. 2019's numbers are safer to use, 2020 and especially 2021 were outliers. 2022 I believe is somewhere in the middle - but there's lots of people holding the bag, because you could've bought anything in 2020/2021 and it went up, stocks, RE, used cars etc.
