At the end of the day they all offer financing solutions to borrowers seeking a mortgage, however that is where the similarities end.

For example, most RE loans take 6+months and you need to keep looking for eligible borrowers and monitor rehab.

It won't cost anything to ask - could be a very simple solution starting with a phone call!

I can't but I will monitor the topic in hopes someone else can :)  Not sure how accurate an app will be TBH.
