I understand there's a possibility for a SpaceX landing pad and a (car) race track development...I'll have to find the link I read a while ago.I've done the seller finance thing and it was a bit of a pain sending out monthly statements and bills and keeping track of things.

We recently had a deck built the top riser was off 3/8 of an inch the inspector made the contractor rip off the entire set of steps.. and start from scratch.. so before you start making the landings narrower..( any restrictions on width) I'd call inspector..Can you add a landing on the ground level a base platform if that's the section of stairs that's off.. or a cement pad..

:)BTW I'm a part owner in a 70 pad lot rent park, and own 18 doublewides on their own land and have looked into all aspects and deal types in this business and gave up on lonnie deals in parks before I wasted any time or money.

If it's a garage conversion, understand that the added bedrooms may be sitting on the formerly garage floor slab - those floors will be cold and hard, even with padding under carpeting or a "floating" hardwood floor.
