Hopefully, this is a small change.Over in Notification Settings, I would like to be able to select a different frequency for "a topic I monitor" vs "a forum I monitor is updated. 

It would include exterior monitoring with photos of anything out of the ordinary.

The home buying trend is improving from the data I monitor, and with personal experience with my listings and sales.

Regular, period monitoring is a good idea.

I guess an appraisal will be my first move, Maybe I can get the ball rolling with that.I dread using my 401k to make this property produce some cash flow, so thank you, all, for the great input.I will continue to monitor this discussion, for more good ideas.thx again.

If I have a new tenant that I am wanting to monitor them for the first few months, I will make arrangements to pick up their rent.

They monitor the VA scraping to ensure they are doing their part for us to be successful, and they have done this.

Do not make the minimum monthly payments because there is a computer algorithm that is used by the credit bureaus that monitors this so even paying a dollar above the minimum monthly payment helps your credit better than just paying the minimum.  

Actually have used it...and like you said...I have the same fear that subs may not want to adapt...maybe I try it along with a large monitor for chat...we'll see.
