It will be a GRIND when you are changing tenants have to show the place 15 times during the weekdays, Saturday morning showings, wait for an HVAC contractor on Christmas Eve, have to deliver a 5 day notice for non payment of rent, etc.

As long as you are not in front of the school where the parents drop off and pick up the children creating a traffic and noise nightmare.

We have noise detection devices in each unit that notify us of noise over a certain level for 3 minutes or more.Hope this helps!
