Does your income cover the monthly payments on the loans, do you want to have money ready to deploy?

If you could deploy that extra cash into a cash flowing property, it would benefit you more over time. 

I think more doors will open up once you have $25,000 to deploy in real estate. 

Currently am in the military and deployed and upon comming home I want to be ready to start making deals. my first question is when sending direct mail, after I have found and area or neighborhood.

Reading the posts, however, helps me try to stay humble that I should be deploying my resources in a way that considers multiple scenarios.
