They have replaced the roof, installed a new water heater and HVAC system, replaced the carpet, painted the entire interior, replaced the kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops and flooring, as well as rehabbed both bathrooms.

This is what we currently do: Flooring-glue down vinyl plank, looks like wood, pay attention to the ‘wear rating’.Countertops- FormicaShowers-12” ceramic tile, epoxy grout, sanded caulk in corners and along the tub.

Although, I have seen scenarios like this where the subject property has had major rennovations, upgrades or additions, such as a new swimming pool, granite countertops, wood floors, etc, where other homes in the area didn't.

I renovated the bathroom, flooring, countertops, minor electrical work, some minor plumbing, swap out of the kitchen appliances, inspection of the furnace and fireplace, and basically clean it up before being painted.

Theyre pretty rough now so I'll be needing 24 entry doors, 14 or 15 sets of entry locks (extras for swapping at turns), flooring, light fixtures, 12 kitchen countertops and backsplashs, lots of fridges, ranges, hoods and the list goes on.

It will need new kitchen flooring, new kitchen countertops/sink, possibly new kitchen appliances although I can probably make by with what is there, new vanity and bathroom sink, new bathroom floor, paint, new carpet, new doors, new vents and outlets, and thorough cleaning.Should I try to get a clean up crew in there to get rid of the junk (left behind by the movers).
